So I think we all know I could talk for hours about the importance of raising awareness for mental health. Yesterday morning, bright and early, I made my way up to the BBC studios in Oxford Circus to appear on the Victoria Derbyshire show to chat about my latest hospital experience and how appallingly I was treated during my time there. Although the interview was brief, I am glad that I had the opportunity to talk about and expose what is arguably the most crucial issue we face today!
